The Council aims to publish key documents relating to Council activities in a manner which is accessible by as many people as possible.
Our 'Meetings and Reports' section contains our Agendas and Minutes. These are published as soon as they can be made available, some in draft and some in final version format. Minutes which have not been approved by the Council are watermarked with "Draft" and state in the heading "Draft Until Signed" as the documents are not agreed by the Council until they have been signed by the Chairman at the next meeting. Final version Minutes are indicated on the published document by the document header 'Final Minutes' and have the Chairman's name inserted on the last page.
Our 'Other Documents' section contains our financial reports, grants procedures and other policies setting out how we manage our personal data and information.
We aim to provide most documents in an accessible format but some documents (particularly our financial information) are published in a standardised format across all Parish Councils, or generated by financial software. If you are having trouble, please do not hesitate to contact us as we are happy to provide an alternative format version upon request and, as far as practicable, adapted to individual requirements to help you in any way we can. We are working on the accessibiity of our information, and welcome any suggestions for improvements.
There are many notice boards in the Parish and notices of meetings are also displayed on these noticeboards.
