A meeting of Suffolk Coastal District Council as it was then (East Suffolk Council as it is now) voted unanimously on 17th July 2018 to approve our Neighbourhood Plan (in legal terms the plan was "Made") following the successful referendum held 24th May 2018. This means the Martlesham Neighbourhood Plan must be taken into account by our local Planning Authority (East Suffolk District Council) when deciding planning applications in the Martlesham Neighbourhood Plan area.
